Established in Piraeus, Greece in 2010, our company was founded by shipping professionals with a clear focus on disciplined asset management and consistent commercial performance. Rooted in Greek maritime tradition, we have grown steadily through a hands-on approach to vessel operations, strong market awareness, and long-term relationship building.

In 2020, we expanded our presence to Dubai, UAE, reinforcing our global footprint and enhancing our proximity to key trading routes and chartering markets. This strategic positioning allows us to combine the operational depth and technical expertise of Piraeus with the commercial reach and international outlook of Dubai.

We operate as a fully integrated dry bulk owner and operator, with all core functions managed in-house, including chartering, voyage operations, technical management, crewing, and post-fixture administration. This structure ensures full control across the operational and commercial lifecycle of our Handysize and Supramax fleet, enabling efficient execution, transparent reporting, and consistent performance. Our philosophy is simple: controlled growth, prudent risk management, and reliable delivery — voyage after voyage.

We transport a broad range of essential dry bulk commodities that underpin global trade and food security. Our Handysize and Supramax vessels are employed across worldwide routes carrying grains, corn, wheat, rice, sugar, and soya beans, connecting major exporting regions with key consumption markets. We also handle bulk industrial cargoes including fertilizers, phosphates, coal, and iron ore, executing each voyage with careful cargo planning, stowage optimization, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. With extensive experience across agricultural and mineral trades, we ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant carriage — from load port to final discharge — regardless of trade, season, or market cycle.
